We are looking for experienced Relationship Managers who can drive business growth by acquiring clients, managing leads, and closing deals in the loans and credit card segment.

Key Responsiblities

  • Generate leads and acquire clients for personal loans, business loans, home loans, and credit cards.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and banking partners.
  • Understand client financial needs and suggest the best loan or credit card products.
  • Work closely with partner banks and NBFCs for seamless application processing.
  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets consistently.
  • Stay updated on the latest financial products and market trends.
  • Handle client queries professionally and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Relationship Manager / Sales Executive in loans, credit cards, or banking.
  • Strong understanding of loan products, credit card offerings, and related financial services.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to meet monthly business targets.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Prior experience in a Corporate DSA setup.
  • Existing relationships with banking partners.
  • Ability to handle high-value clients and complex loan profiles.
