Shri Dhan Wealth Capital is a rapidly growing Corporate DSA company focused on loan and credit card solutions. We work closely with leading banks and NBFCs to help clients access the best possible financial products.

We are looking for Credit Advisors who can guide clients through the loan process, explain credit card options, and ensure smooth application handling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client financial needs and advise them on suitable loans and credit card options.
  • Evaluate client eligibility based on income, credit score, and lending policies.
  • Coordinate with banking partners and internal teams for application processing.
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure smooth end-to-end loan approvals.
  • Educate customers about interest rates, repayment terms, and product benefits.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide personalized financial guidance.
  • Assist in cross-selling other loan products wherever suitable.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Credit Advisor, Loan Officer, or Sales Executive in the financial services domain.
  • Good understanding of personal loans, business loans, home loans, and credit card products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to explain technical details in a simple, customer-friendly way.
  • Basic knowledge of credit scores, eligibility criteria, and KYC documentation.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Prior experience in a Corporate DSA setup.
  • Knowledge of financial product comparisons and client-specific recommendations.
  • Ability to handle high-value loan clients effectively.
