We are seeking a Sales Manager with strong leadership, excellent sales strategies, and proven expertise in driving loan and credit card business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of Relationship Managers and Credit Advisors to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Drive business growth for personal loans, business loans, home loans, and credit cards.
  • Develop effective sales strategies and implement them to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and banking partners.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Motivate the team to meet or exceed assigned targets.
  • Stay updated on financial products, credit policies, and competitor strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in sales management within the loans and credit card industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of banking products, loan processing, and credit policies.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to achieve results under pressure and tight timelines.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Prior experience working in a Corporate DSA environment.
  • Strong networking and relationships with multiple banks and NBFCs.
  • Expertise in managing high-value loan profiles and premium credit card clients.
